Consultation appointments may be cancelled with appropriate notice. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled consultation are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge.
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before your scheduled consultation are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining amount may be applied to a future consultation within six months.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your consultation or failure to attend a scheduled consultation without notice will result in forfeiture of the full consultation fee.
We understand that schedules can change. You may reschedule your consultation appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice are subject to availability and may incur fees.
Each booking is eligible for one complimentary reschedule. Additional rescheduling requests may be accommodated subject to a rescheduling fee and consultant availability.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Refunds are subject to bank processing times, which may vary. You will receive confirmation once your refund has been initiated.

Style guides, recommendations, and digital materials provided as part of your consultation are non-refundable once delivered. These personalized resources represent significant consultant time and expertise invested specifically for your needs.
